We are looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team and help keep our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently.

Position Summary
The Lube Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, and basic repairs. This role works closely with service advisors and senior technicians to ensure quality work, timely service, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes on Ford and other makes

Complete tire rotations, battery tests, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services

Conduct multipoint vehicle inspections and report findings accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes

Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians

Assist with shop tasks as needed to support workflow and efficiency

Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications

Basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
